  This coffee comes from the Kochere region, where around 500 small farmers take their picked cherries to the washing station called Boji. Not far from Yirgacheffe, these cherries are harvested between 2100 - 2300 masl. It is creamy, with notes of papaya, blackberries, a little lime and 75% chocolate in the aftertaste.
