From 16 April we start with a new timetable. In that week there will also be a whole new lesson: Les Mills BARRE.

Les Mills BARRE is the modern version of a ballet class. A powerful 30-minute workout that concentrates mainly on the core, buttocks and thighs. In an elegant way, you use light plates and your own body weight for strong muscles and a better posture. BARRE is your personal time-out of everyday life, a beautiful burn.

This lesson will be given three times a week by Marjolein and Charlie:
- Wednesday from 10 am to 10.30 am (Marjolein)
- Thursday from 7 pm to 7:30 pm (Charlie)
- Saturday from 10 am to 10.30 am (Charlie)
