How can I become a member of Max Health Club?

You can only become a member by appointment. You schedule this appointment by sending an email to sales@maxhealthclub.nl or via the online appointment form.


I am pregnant or injured and cannot / may no longer exercise for a while. Can I pause my subscription?

You can ask for a special change form at the reception. You fill in completely with the reason for the temporary inability to exercise and with the start and end date. You submit this fully completed form and any proof at the reception. After that, your request will be processed. We will let you know as soon as possible whether your request has been accepted.

Costs for the transaction are:

  • Pregnancy or medical reason: one-off € 10, -
  • Vacation / work / COVID-19: € ​​10 per month.

The costs will be debited from your account in one go after processing.

Pay attention! Mutations shorter than 4 weeks will not be considered. A mutation must be submitted before your requested mutation period starts and cannot be processed afterwards of this period.


How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel personally at the reception.

You can ask for a special cancellation form at the reception. You fill this in completely, with the date on which you fill in the form and your signature. There is a notice period, after the minimum term of the subscription, of one month or four weeks depending on your subscription.
