Les Mills

The Les Mills gym classes that are given at Max Healthclub are Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Attack, Sh'Bam and Les Mills Barre. In addition to these classes, there are other options to choose from. Think of Body Shape, Total Workout, HITT training or a 50+ training, especially for members who are looking for a more specific training.

Body Pump 

Body Pump is a gym class in which you train different muscle groups with the help of weights and strengthen your body. You can adjust the weights yourself and determine how intensively you train, making this class suitable for both the beginning and the advanced exerciser. You train yourself stronger, tighter and fitter to motivational music and with guidance of our fitness instructor.

Body Balance 

Body Balance is a Les Mills gym class that combines pilates, yoga and tai chi to make your body stronger and more flexible. Due to the variety of simple and safe yoga movements and breathing techniques, this class is suitable for both the beginning and the advanced exerciser. With guidance of our fitness instructor you train yourself stronger, tighter and fitter.

Body Attack 

Les Mills cardio gym class where the entire body is trained and strengthened, and the physical condition increased. Body Attack combines various athletic movements, and strength and stabilization exercises. The exercises can be simplified, making this lesson suitable for both the beginning and the advanced exerciser. With guidance of our fitness instructor, you train yourself stronger, tighter and fitter.

Sh'Bam 

Sh'Bam is a music-based Les Mills dance workout for anyone who likes to move on music and improve their physical condition. The catchy music, combined with easy movements, makes this class suitable for both the beginning and the advanced exerciser. With guidance of our fitness instructor, you will dance yourself stronger, tighter and fitter.

Les Mills Barre 

Les Mills Barre is a modern version of the classical ballet class. During this Les Mills gym class, you shape your muscles and strengthen your core. You also work on improving your balance. With guidance of our fitness instructor, you will dance yourself stronger, tighter and fitter.

Body Shape

Body Shape is a Les Mills gym class that focuses on strengthening the muscles and improving the condition. During this training, attention is mainly paid to the abdomen, back, chest, buttock and leg muscles. The exercises could be performed at any level, which makes this lesson suitable for both the beginning and the advanced exerciser. With guidance of our fitness instructor, you will train yourself stronger, tighter and fitter.

Max Health Club
