Sauna
Max has two separate saunas for men and women. The use of the sauna is in the following order:
- Shower
Before you enter the sauna, you must take a warm shower
- Dry
Although you will be wet again after a few minutes because of the sweat, it is important to dry thoroughly. The towel you use for this is preferably a different towel than the towel you use in the sauna.
Depending on the reaction of your body, the first sauna round will take 8 to 12 minutes. Don’t stick to these minutes too much. Your body will let you know soon enough what it likes. Use a big towel in the sauna, because whether you sit or lay down, your body has to be entirely on the towel. In this way your sweat will end up on your towel instead of on the wood.
- Cold shower
After the sauna visit you can cool down with a cold shower.
If you would like to do a second sauna round, allow your body to rest for a few minutes before you enter the sauna again.
