Health stands first at Max Health Club.  
 
Max has a separate training group for heart patients (Heart in Health). This group trains weekly under supervision of a HIB certified coach.  

Also Max thinks of the security of its members in emergencies. An Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable machine that can be used in the case of cardiac arrest. The AED hangs in the reception area. We hope that we never need to use the AED. However, if we do need the machine, the Max instructors are trained to use the AED correctly.
