Aerobics
With aerobics we mean the group classes (with the exception of spinning) in which you can participate at Max Health Club. These group classes are intense, highly motivating and time-efficient! In one hour you get a complete workout. The instructor leads you through all the exercises, demonstrating what to do and encouraging you when the going gets hard. Working to the beat of the music, you will surely push yourself more than you would have, had you worked out alone.
Spinning
If you like to ride a bicycle, spinning might be something for you. To the beat of the music, the spinning instructor takes you up long climbs over high mountains and quick rides downhill. During the spinning class the instructor motivates you to pedal faster or to go one step further. With just one hour of spinning you burn many calories, far more than you could possibly burn by training alone.
