Cardio fitness
The terms cardio fitness or cardio training refer to training on exercise equipment such as an indoor rower, a treadmill, a bicycle, a cross trainer or a Top XT. Cardio training improves your condition, trains and strengthens your heart muscle, improves your blood circulation and burns extra calories. Have the instructor make a training schedule for you with a variety of cardio equipment.
Fitness
The term fitness refers to weight training. Many people have the idea that weight training is for tough guys with bar-bells in tight singlets showing off their big muscles. But this impression doesn’t do justice to modern health training. These days, a training schedule isn’t complete without a number of weight exercises. With these exercises you can make your body stronger, get rid of those everlasting back troubles or increase your fat burning. Always start with weight training in moderation and let the instructor advise you on the choice of the exercises.
